The Story Behind CarWeek411
My name is Genevieve Armendariz
I founded The Limitless Mentorship & Scholarship Program to help prepare the next generation of leaders, builders, innovators, and changemakers by expanding access to educational opportunities and careers where women have historically been underrepresented.
The inspiration began close to home. My grandmother was one of the official auto mechanics for the City of Salinas and also worked as a welder in Monterey. She was often the only woman in her automotive classes, proving that determination could overcome barriers. Her story, along with my own experience studying astrophysics, inspired me to create a program that empowers young people to pursue ambitious goals without limits.
As The Limitless Program prepares to celebrate its 5th anniversary, we've been honored to make a meaningful impact. Together with our supporters, we've directly served more than 1,000 women and girls, distributed over 60,000 free essential resource items to underserved communities, and awarded scholarships to 14 outstanding young women. Today, those scholars have become certified auto mechanics or are pursuing careers as engineers, architects, neurosurgeons, physicians, and other professions where women have traditionally been underrepresented.
This limited-edition 2026 CarWeek411 commemorative T-shirt celebrates Monterey Car Week and the important role the automotive community has played in our mission. Every purchase helps us move closer to our goal of awarding 25 college or vocational scholarships by our fifth anniversary, creating even more opportunities for the next generation.

Free pickup is available at the following Car Week events:
Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at The Limitless Program Booth at Concours for a Cause in Carmel-by-the-Sea from 10AM-4PM.
Saturday, August 15, 2026, at The Limitless Program Booth at Peninsula Cars & Coffee in Seaside from 7:30AM-9:50AM.
Saturday, August 15, 2026, at The Limitless Program Booth at Exotics on Broadway in Seaside from 11AM-4PM.

When will my shirt ship?
If you select shipping at checkout, please allow approximately 4 business days for production, followed by standard shipping time. Orders placed for shipping are not expected to arrive before Monterey Car Week.

The commemorative T-shirt is available in Small, Medium, Large, and XL, in Monterey Fog (Gray) and Pacific Mist (Seafoam) while supplies last. If your size is not listed, please contact us and we can order it in your preferred size.
